1. My order has been shipped but I still can’t track it. How can I find out where it is?

Tracking information takes 24 hours to get activated after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If you’re unable to track even after 24 hours, give us a call at 0422 243 5555.

2. What is your Return Policy?

You can return the item if there is any size issues or if the item is faulty or not what you ordered. Returns can be accepted within 7 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. To get a refund, the items should be unused and undamaged. Returns will only be accepted if they have their tags and original packaging. You cannot return Panties due to the intimate nature of the garment.
